After serving almost nine years, Cash Money’s Hot Boys rapper Turk was released from the Forrest City, Arkansas Federal Prison earlier today Friday (October 12). Turk was an original member of New Orleans rap duo Hot Boys (Juvenile, B.G. and Lil Wayne) from 1996-2001. In 2004, Turk was allegedly involved in a shoot-out with members of the Memphis, Tennessee S.W.A.T. Team, as they raided an apartment complex. Over the years, Turk had proclaimed his innocence. According to AllHipHop, “Turk is currently working on new material to be released, in addition to a book about his life titled “The AutoThugography” of Turk. The rapper is also working on a screenplay about his life title “Reckless,” that will be released shortly.”
Things aren’t looking good for Jeezy this week! Yesterday Thursday (October 11), he released a WACK track called “Get Right” and today he was exposed by BMF members Bleu Davinci and Big Meech for his disloyalty. Jeezy never came to Meech’s defense when he needed financial assistant for lawyer fees. In the song, Jeezy was labeled as a snitch for turning someone into the Feds. Bleu also mentioned that Jeezy handed over his Porsche and Ferrari to the Feds in order to escape an indictment. Does Jeezy’s street credibility and character change in your eyes after he was exposed?
