New Orleans Pelcians Shooting/Point Guard Austin Rivers returns to YDBR! The son of NBA legend and Los Angeles Clippers coach (Doc Rivers) Instagram’d his $780 Givenchy Columbian Star Fit Cotton Jersey Tee-Shirt. Austin‘s tee-shirt features a multi-colored check and white star on the front. You can purchase this shirt at Luisaviaroma or Farfetch. NBA player John Wall last wore this tee-shirt here and rapper Wale last wore it here.
While attending Winter Park High School in Florida, Austin Rivers was ranked #1 by Rivals.com and the #3 player by ESPN and Scout.Com. He also led his high school to back-to-back Florida 6A state championships in 2010 and 2011. That same year (2011), he also played in the Nike Hoop Summit for the USA National Team and the McDonald’s All-American Game. He committed to Duke University in 2011, with offers from Kansas and North Carolina. On March 26, 2012 (Don Bleek’s birthday), Duke University announced that Austin was foregoing his final three years of college and entering the NBA draft. He was selected by the New Orleans Pelcians (formerly the New Orleans Hornets), with the No. 10 pick in the first round of the 2012 NBA Draft.
