Health & Fitness: Angela & Diggy Simmons Working Out In The Gym

As many of you know, health & fitness is a huge part of my life. I begin my workout every morning at 5:15 am. One important rule in the entertainment industry is staying in shape. I get a lot of questions about what I do to stay in shape. As for me, I start my workout at home with 200 sit-ups & push-ups every morning and then I go jogging for about an hour. Around 7 pm, I go to the gym to work on my chest, abs and legs. I lift weights, bench press, run on the treadmill and do some jump rope routines.

Enough of me! Angela Simmons is one of my faves and her body is amazing. She was recently spotted working out with her brother Diggy Simmons. I admire Diggy’s style. I truly believe that when the time is right, Diggy is going to be bigger than Hip-Hop. I see him taking Hollywood and the fashion industry by storm. I think he can make more money on his brand extension than music.

Do you see Angela’s abs? She’s looking right! Diggy is growing into a nice looking young man. Their workout is definitely paying off. Remember, if you want to see results, you’ve got to put in work. I want to hear what you do to stay in shape.
