Music mogul Jay-Z recently stepped up and stated that he supports our President Barack Obama’s gay marriage endorsement. In a recent interview with CNN, Jigga shared his views on Obama’s decision to legalize gay marriage. There have been a lot of negative concerns over weather or not Obama’s decision was the right thing to do or not and if it will cost him the 2012 election. Only time will tell but Jay-Z did say, “I’ve always thought it as something that was still, um, holding the country back. What people do in their own homes is their business and you can choose to love whoever you love. That’s their business. [It] is no different than discriminating against blacks. It’s discrimination plain and simple.”
When Jay-Z was asked if he think it going cost President Obama votes, he said, “I think it’s the right thing to do.” He continued, “So whether it cost him votes or not, you know, again, it’s not about votes, it’s about people. So whether it cost him votes or not, I think it it’s the right thing to do as a human being.”
On Tuesday (November 6, 2012) vote for President Barack Obama.
