LHHATL Recap: The Drama & Buffoonery From Last Night’s Episode

Well, the cast of LHHATL strikes again! This time everyone was trying to show their “Loyalty Card” as the title of last night’s episode insinuated.  I’ll just get straight to the point and talk about Scrappy’s foolish ass mama, who wouldn’t win a spelling bee if you gave her the letters “IN THAT ORDER”.  Once again, Scrappy goes to his mom for support and all she can do is call Erica a bitch, which thankfully Scrappy shut that down and told her that was inappropriate.  But Mama Dee in her confessional states that she doesn’t care what Scrappy says, any woman that leaves her son for dead is a “B-I-C-T-H, in that order!”  Ummmmmm, No mam, NOT IN THAT ORDER! I don’t think I laughed that hard in a very long time, and as much as we wished that the “writers and producers” would have edited that segment, we know that this is the thing that reality TV is made of!

Now let’s move along to Stebbie and nem! Mimi and Joseline both know that Steebie and his creepy ass will never change and both vowed to make the choice to leave him even though he is having sex with them both, in which Joseline confirmed to Benzino, that they “make love, sex, dirty sex, we do everything!” mind you, she admitted that they do all of this UNPROTECTED! That seems to be a whole nother topic for a whole other day! If that wasn’t enough to stomach, Benzino actually called Mimi…..wait for it… wait for it…. JOSELINE! Mimi actually handled it way better than I thought she would, because it proved her point that Joseline is around so much that even his friends are mistaking the two.  And Creepy Steebie continues to state that he loves both women and wants everyone to get along . I think Steebie  needs to take his talents over to Sister Wives, because he is on the wrong show.

Eve Speaks On Her Past Relationship With Stevie J Of ‘Love & Hip-Hop’, “Yes, Stevie J was my first love.”

I don’t watch that show, but through the blogs I heard about a guy name Stevie J who dated Philly’s rapper and actress Eve back in the early 2000’s. Eve was so in love with him, however she outgrew the love that she once had for Stevie J when he became jealous after her career started to take off. Stevie J was very insecure and jealous because Eve was a bigger celebrity than he was.

UNIQUELY YOU SUMMIT, INC.’s Becoming Who You Are! Series Recently hosted an event with Grammy Award-Winning Actress and Rapper, Eve. Eve shared an “An Intimate Hour” with Philadelphia high school girls as she revealed her journey to self-discovery at the African-American Museum in Philadelphia. Of course, her former relationship with Stevie J came up and check out what E.V.E had to say! Eve also gave some very good advice to the girls in attendance.” Watch below:

Even though the mission for VH1‘s ‘Love & Hip-Hop’ spin-off Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta is for the cast members to chase their dreams, I’m sure the show will be filled with a lot of drama.

After numerous rumors, speculations and false reports, the official premiere date and cast has been revealed. Below is an except via Vibe Vixen:

“VH1′s Love & Hip Hop is back with a facelift featuring a new city and new cast members. Atlanta welcomes the 10-episode series with open arms. Airing on June 18 at 8 p.m. EST, the spinoff show will include Grammy Award-Winning producer Stevie J, his girlfriend Mimi Faust, rising Latina rapper JoselineLil Scrappy, his girlfriend Erica Dixon and his mother (sounds familiar?), Atlanta rapper Rasheeda and new artists K. A lot More Drama! Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Cast Confirmed, Who’s Dating That Rapper/Manager & Whose Mama Wants To Fight?

Are you guys ready for Love & Hip-Hop Hotlanta? It sure will be messy, crazy and filled with drama. In the past I reported who is on the show, who was tapped on the shoulder to do the show, who quit the show, so on and so forth. Below is the latest gossip surrounding the show:

It is being reported that Rasheeda and Kirk Frost will be the headliners on the show. Rasheeda is a popular rapper from Atlanta and Frost is her husband/manager and also partners in her “I’m Bossy” accessories business.  The two also has an 11-year-old son.

Producer Stevie J will be a cast member as well. If you guys are not familiar with him, he is a record producer who rose to fame in the 90’s, after producing for Diddy’s Bad Boy artists including Biggie Smalls, Mase and 112. He also dated Philly’s rapper Eve and was once linked to Whoopi Goldberg’s daughter, Alexandria Martin.  He’ll reportedly be on the show with his girlfriend, “MiMi” and an up & coming female artist he’s developing.

Rapper Lil Scrappy & his mother are also featured on the show, which is the reason why Diamond quit in the middle of tapping. More on that soon! It is rumored that Scrappy and his mother are like the “Jim Jones/Mama Jones” of Atlanta.

Last year, I reported that female rapper Diamond and Yung Joc’s former assistant Rici have been “tapped on the shoulder” to sign on for the show. In fact, Diamond actually started filming for the show, but recently quit. According to StraightFromTheA, “Scrappy’s Mom has been on the warpath and has publicly said that she will beat the breaks off Diamond if she ever catches her. Diamond took a break in filming the other day and decided to head to the nearest bathroom to pray. She came out a while later and told the staff that she quit, stating only that she’d ‘spoken to God’ and he told her that it was best to do so.”

Let’s just say, there will be some lawsuits filed and from the looks of it, Diamond will be getting sued. You CAN’T sign a contract to appear on a show then quit! I hope Diamond has some good lawyers.

Yung Joc’s former assistant Rici was supposed to be on the show as well. It is being reported that she is not on the show because she refused to create conflicts with Joc and his baby mother. In the past, they had a dispute but Rici wasn’t trying to air out all the dirty laundry on national television.

Finally, Diamond quitting the show gave singer K. Michelle a chance to be on the show. She is a 25-year-old singer/songwriter who is labeled as R. Kelly’s protegé. She was once or still is signed to Memphitz Hitz  ‘Hitz Committee’ imprint. He was responsible for K. Michelle’s label deal with Jive Records.

So as it stands, the cast of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta includes the following people:

Rasheeda & Kirk Frost

Producer Stevie J, his Baby Mama “MiMi” and his artist

Lil Scrappy, Scrappy’s Baby Mama, Mama D

K. Michelle

Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta: The Cast-Members Are…

Last year, back in December, I reported that entertainment mogul and Love & Hip-Hop Executive Producer Mona Scott-Young is expanding her brand and taking the show down to Atlanta. I also revealed that femcees Diamond, Rasheeda and Yung Joc’s former assistant Rici have all been “tapped on the shoulder” to sign on for the show. Last week, Mona Scott-Young and VH1 confirmed that Love and Hip Hop is coming to Hotlanta.

Gossip site StraightFromTheA reported that R&B singer Nivea, who has children with The Dream and Lil Wayne was supposed to be a part of the show. Apparently, she has a change of heart. Word in Atlanta is that Nivea will not be joining the show. Music assistant Rici will also be joining the cast. It is also rumored that Waka Flocka’s mother/manager Debra Antney would be joining the show, but so far that’s just a rumor. Now this other addition isn’t confirmed but RHOA cast member Phaedra Parks been spotted during castings and on the set during filming.

-Rasheeda is a well-known and respected female rapper in Atlanta, where she’s made waves with quite a few singles.

-Diamond, formerly of the group Crime Mob, has released a few mixtapes and been linked to rappers such as Gucci Mane, Lil Scrappy & Soulja Boy.

-Rici (formerly of Block Entertainment) is known around the ATL as a celebrity assistant. She formerly worked with Block Entertainment artists like Gorilla Zoe, Yung Joc, and is closely associated with Gucci Mane & Waka Flocka Flame’s camp.

Are you guys excited about Love & Hip-Hop Hotlanta?
