Rapper Nelly was in NYC for a week-long promo tour to promote his new album, M.O. The album is basically a flop! M.O. is expected to move only 12k-15k in its first week. Is Republic Records the blame for the album’s flop? I worked there in the digital marketing department and they do not know how to market their urban artists. Nelly is a talented artist and his album should have at least sold over 100,000 in its first week.
During his promo run, Nelly appeared on BET, MTV and stopped by Power 105’s ‘Breakfast Club‘. He rocked a $550 PRSVR R.E.D. October Hoodie layered over a white tee-shirt with grey sweatpants and Air Jordan sneakers. This lambskin hoodie features rose gold hardware and branded drawstring.
