This is a Don Bleek exclusive! Last month, “New York’s radio station Power 105.1’s “The Breakfeast Club” Angela Yee revealed that she heard one of the ladies (she didn’t say which one) from VH1’s Love and Hip-Hop is pregnant according to the industry rumor mill.”
I heard who it is but will NOT reveal which cast member is pregnant at this time. I will say, Chrissy, Yandy, Olivia, Emily, and Kimbella are in a relationship. Chrissy is engaged to Jim Jones, Yandy is in a relationship, Olivia is dating a basketball player overseas, Emily is still dating Fabolous and Kimbella is dating Juelz Santana. Erica, Teairra Mari and Somaya are single. Which lady do you think is pregnant?

Singer Teairra Mari was just 16-year-old when she came into the music industry, after being co-signed by Jay-Z, Roc-A-Fella & Def Jam. After releasing her debut album, Roc-A-Fella Presents: Teairra Mari, she was dropped from the label. Over the past few years, this Detroit native, with a sassy attitude have been taking the indie route as a way to keep pursuing her music dreams. The indie route actually paid-off for Mari because she recently inked a deal with Rico Love’s Division 1 imprint. Necole BITCHIE recently caught up with the singer/reality star, who resurface on Love & Hip-Hop. Mari talked about getting dropped from Roc-A-Fella, signing to Rico Love’s Division 1 imprint, having a girl crush on Lauren London and much more. Below are some excerpts:
On her big break with Roc-a-fella.
It was amazing. I was sixteen, coming from Detroit, I was SO green and I just remember feeling like a deer in headlights…this little girl in this big city and getting all my prayers answered and my dreams come true. I just remember everybody on that label being so kind and easy to work with. Jay was a mentor and father figure. Beyoncé is very very nice, actually one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. So it was amazing and I think God put that whole time frame and situation in my life for a reason.
What did you learn from it?
Definitely at the end of the day I learned to be resilient. Coming from a big situation like that, anybody would want to go hide under a rock. I was signed to Roc-a-fella and got dropped. And being that I was so young girl and so green it would’ve been so easy to hide under a rock but I chose differently and chose to hold the rock under my head. And I’m here now. It takes time, it takes patience and all of that to succeed in this business.
