Over this past weekend, Def Jam rapper Juelz Santana made his way to Austin, Texas for the SXSW festival. Juelz was spotted racking up on some Beats by Dre with blogger and digital marketer Karen Civil at the Beats Pill Clinic. He wore a Born Fly sweatshirt paired with blue denim jeans and Nike LeBron 9 “Big Bang” sneakers. He completed his outfit with a Chicago Bears snapback and Salvatore Ferragamo belt. Evelyn Lozada Shows Off Her Abs In Neon Booty Shorts, Garter Tights & Christian Louboutin Boots

Looks like life after Chad Johnson have been great for Evelyn Lozada. The newly divorced reality star and shoetique owner shows off her abs in neon booty shorts, garter tights and Christian Louboutin thigh high boots. Evelyn has been focusing on health & fitness. In a recent interview with Latina.Com, Evelyn shared her six workout secrets:

1. Don’t be lazy

Try to be active as much as you can! Take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk instead of taking the cab (for you New Yorkers!), park far in the parking lot if you are going grocery shopping or to the mall. Just try to be active, which helps.

2. Work out in the morning

Working out in the morning will boost your metabolism.

3. Do more than 15 minutes of cardio

It honestly takes more than 15 minutes for your body to begin metabolizing fat. So, I normally do 45 minutes.

4. Stop using the scale

If you are trying to lose weight, find that pair of jeans that you want to eventually fit into…then try them on each week. This is the best indicator to knowing if you are losing weight or inches from working out.

5. Be aware of what you put into your body

I’m not a label reader, however, I don’t eat everything. I actually don’t eat sweets nor do I eat meat, except for fish. When I want to fuel my body prior to a workout, I do not drink sports drinks or coconut water do to the calorie intake. I usually drink youthH2O, which is fueled with super foods that are better for your body.

6. Don’t work out everyday

Bottom line, your muscles need to relax. Having some down time is actually okay, so take two days off.

Athletes Styling Off The Field & Court: Victor Cruz And LeBron James Spotted Wearing Some Dope Designer Brands

Over this past weekend, NFL player Victor Cruz of the New York Giants was spotted with blogger and digital marketer Karen Civil at the Beats Pill Clinic at SXSW. He wore a red Pyrex Vision tee-shirt from designer and boutique owner Virgil Abloh’s brand new collection. 

LeBron James was photo’d in Toronto before game day showing off his game day style in $545 Balenciaga Arena Sneakers. These sneakers feature Lambskin with tone-on-tone laces and a rubber sole.

Shateria Moragne-El Shoots FrontRow Fall/Winter 2013 Collection Campaign

I don’t know why people are still referring to Shateria Moragne-El as Rick Ross‘ girlfriend. She has her own identity and already established her brand. The fashion designer and stylist recently did a new promo shoot for her ‘FrontRow’ Fall/Winter 2013 collection campaign. The shoot was done by photographer/make-up artist Robin Thompson.

Shateria owns and operates FrontRow, an innovative luxe brand that represents front-of-the line privilege. The clothing is meant for fashion lovers and leaders-the confident, the gracious and the faithful. The Maryland native (Shateria) has been involved in fashion and the performing arts most of her life. NBA player LeBron James of the Miami Heat recently hit another game winning shot, but this time it wasn’t on the court, it was his outfit. He and his teammate Dwyane Wade were spotted chilling in Toronto. Bron Bron rocked a $1,170 Givenchy Plane-Print Hoodie which is from the brand’s Resort 2013 collection. This hoodie features plane print with stars, chevron-print boarder on the hood and contrast cuffs on the sleeves. Singer and actress Christina Milian alongside a few friends took a trip to Cabo for a weekend getaway. She flaunted her sexy body in a cute bikini on the beach in Mexico. Milian and her girls also relaxed in the sand. From the looks of it, the ladies had fun. Milian is in the studio working on her  new album which will be released through YMCMB via Republic Records.

I am obsessed with these $1,895 Christian Louboutin’s Rantus Orlato Men’s Flat. According to the brand’s site, “‘Rantus’ has become a staple in the Christian Louboutin Men’s Sneaker Collection. This version, in bold python fresh, is ideal for the globetrotting fashionable male who understands the language of luxury.” What I like best about these sneakers are the python material and the pomme color. Gosh! These bad boys are bound to make a fashion statement if you wear the right outfit with it. Most likely, I will sport a color-blocked outfit with these sneakers.
