Breaking News: Foxy Brown Arrested In Brooklyn

According to New York Daily News, Brooklyn’s female rapper Foxy Brown was just arrested in Brooklyn, New York. Foxy was arrested for bad-mouthing a nemesis neighbor who had an order of protection against her, police sources said.

Foxy was on her block in the Prospect Heights section of  Brooklyn, when she crossed paths with Arlene Raymond (Foxy was accused of hitting her with a BlackBerry in 2007).

Raymond looked at Brown – and Foxy flipped out.

B***h, what are you looking at? What the f**k are you looking at?” Foxy snarled, police sources said.

Raymond, who had taken out a restraining order against Brown following the BlackBerry altercation, called police.

Foxy was collared and slapped with one count of criminal contempt, a class E felony, for violating the order of protection, which bars her from having contact with Raymond, the sources said.

Spike Lee To Direct Rick Ross Video

In a recent interview with MTV, Rick Ross confirmed that Spike Lee will direct one of his videos in the near future.

Yeah, the homie Yeezy, we decided on Hype Williams. Hype Williams will direct ‘Live Fast, Die Young,” he revealed. “Hit me up on Twitter @rickyrozay, and the reason I say that, I tweeted a picture of me and the homie Spike Lee. He came to my birthday party. I was brainstorming, like, ‘We need that different vibe.’ I tweeted a picture with me and the homie Spike. Ultimately, Hype will direct it. But look for Spike to do a Rozay video. I’mma be the first since [Public Enemy’s] ‘Fight the Power’ and the other great videos he directed back in the day.”-MTV

New Music: Fabolous “Lights Out” (I Don’t See Nobody)

Below is a new track off of Fab’s upcoming EP There Is No Competition 2: The Grieving Music EP,  in stores and online August 24th via Def Jam. The EP is a sequel to Fab’s last mixtape There Is No Competition 2: The Funeral Service. The track samples Jay-Z’s “Lights Out.”

I am feeling the track, and  like how Fab flipped his verses around and took a different directions than Jay-Z.

Below is the tracklist for Fab’s EP There Is No Competition 2: The Grieving Music EP

1. “Lights Out (I Don’t See Nobody)”
2. “Girl You Be Killin’ ‘Em”

4. “Body Ya”
5. “Body Count”
6. “Tonight” feat. Red Cafe and Lorel
