Congratulations: Foxy Brown Receives ASCAP Award [With Pictures]

Brooklyn’s femcee Foxy Brown was recently awarded the ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Award for being the writer and publisher of Jazmine Sullivan’s “Hold You Down (Goin In Circles).” The track was off Sullivan’s last album Love Me Back. The single reached the top of the R&B/Hip-Hop charts in 2010.
