Angela Simmons is doing a great job co-hosting 1o6 & Park; she will remain as the co-host for the rest of the summer. I enjoy watching the show because she brings style to the set. Angela recently wore a $39 Cooperative Suzy Pullover Sweater with a black leather skirt. The media personality and business woman accessorized her outfit by adding a pair of sold out Yer by Yeroc glasses by celebrity eye-wear designer Corey Woods and $149 Letizia Nude Platform and Sheer Mesh Paneling Heels by Chinese Laundry. Earlier today, Def Jam’s 2 Chainz stopped by New York’s Power 105’s ‘Breakfast Club‘ for an honest interview; where the “F.E.D.S. Watching” rapper talked about being robbed in California last month, paying Ludacris $100,000 to leave his DTP imprint, still having a great relationship with Kanye West and his new album, Based On A Tru Story 2 which arrives sometime this Fall 2013. Are You Feeling It? Ciara Rocks A Tomboy Aaliyah-Inspired Ensemble

This past Tuesday (July 23), R&B singer Ciara hit the streets of NYC and partied it up with her boyfriend, rapper Future at her album release party. Once again, Cici was styled by marnxmarni and she showed off her die for abs in a black leather ensemble. The “Body Party” singer rocked a black top and leather overalls paired with lace-up boots. Some people aren’t feeling Cici’s new tomboy Aaliyah-inspired style but I like it a lot. Are you feeling it?

Celebs Fashion: Meek Mill & Drake In $1,400 En Noir BMX Sweatpant

Some of us including myself are still waiting for the debut of Meek Mill’s, ‘100 M’s‘ clothing line as well as his forthcoming ‘Dreamchasers‘ mixtape series, Dreamchasers 3. In the meantime, Meek continues to wear designer brands. He was photo’d on the set of “It’s Levels To This” visual shoot in a black tee-shirt paired with $1,400 En Noir BMX Sweatpant. These lambskin leather sweatpants feature a drawstring tie at the waist, zipper splash pockets on the front and elastic cuffs. You can get team at Barneys.

A few weeks ago, inside of Jay-Z’s ‘Roc The Mic Recording Studio‘, the MMG rapper filmed a Vlog previewing two new tracks off his long-delayed Dreamchasers 3 mixtape. One of the tracks is a freestyle to A$AP’s Ferg’s “Work“. See the original post here! The third installment of Meek’s Dreamchasers series will impact the Interwebs soon. The mixtape will feature guest appearances from Rick Ross, Wale, Jadakiss, Trina, Waka Flocka, Future and others. Expect an official release date soon.

VH1 Releases The Trailer To “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story”; Plus Lil Mama To Join The Group

After selling over 65 million records worldwide, being the best-selling female R&B group of all time, and having the highest grossing tour by a female group in history; TLC is finally ready to share their story. VH1 releases the trailer to CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story. The biopic premieres on the network this Fall 2013 (October). In the film, Drew Sidora (Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins), Lil Mama (Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes) and Keke Palmer (Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas), re-enacted 90’s R&B duo TLC as they rise to fame from their early inception in Atlanta, to recording studios, live performances, the Grammy Awards and the tragic death of Left Eye. The film was shot in Atlanta and the girls are lip synching to TLC’s music.

Earlier today, T-Boz and Chilli held a press conference with Lil Mama, where they announced that the female rapper and former America’s Best Dance Crew judge will be joining them on stage, in place of Left Eye, at the ‘Mixtape Festival‘ in Hershey Park, PA this weekend.

Rapper Nas Spotted In A $721 Givenchy Crew Neck Sweater; Speaks On Racism In America

This past Tuesday (July 23), rapper Nas was a special guest on CNN. He spoke during Anderson Copper’s “Race and Justice In America” segment. The Hip-Hop legend discussed racism, prejudice and more. He had some pretty candid words on racism in America.

“We tend to judge each other. If I don’t know something about you, Anderson, I’m going to judge you based on a bad experience I had with another white person. If you don’t know me, and you walk down the street and you see me, my pants are hanging, you’re going to assume the worst. We need to learn how to deal with each other basically. At this point, America is looking like barbarians,” said Nas.

Model-turned-reality star Draya Michele of BBWLA decided to give her over 1.4 million Instagram followers a sneak peek inside her shoe closet and lordy lord, her shoe game is mean. One particular pair of shoes that stood out to me was the above $1,295 Christian Louboutin Carlota Mixed-Media Platform Pumps. These strappy pumps feature a leather and patent leather upper with glittered backstay, woven straps adorn vamp, and adjustable ankle strap. They’re completed with a dazzling vertiginous heel. DJ Envy Shows Off His “Thermal Map” Nike Air Foamposite One Sneakers

Celebrity DJ and New York’s Power 105’s ‘Breakfast Club‘ host DJ Envy was spotted sitting on a sofa showing off his “Thermal Map” Nike Air Foamposite One sneakers. These red/pink/strawberry and white sneakers are scheduled to hit Nike retailers this Fall 2013 (September 28) for $250. The shoes features a pearl white foam upper, embellished by pixelated thermal map graphics in black/pink and strawberry. They’re completed with a black toebox, eyestay, tongue, inner lining and collar, while strawberry provides pop on the laces, 1CENT logos and translucent outsole. Are you buying these kicks?
