FASHION’S NIGHT OUT: Tons Of Celebs Spotted At Various Events In NYC [20 Pictures]

Fashion’s Night Out kicked off yesterday Thursday (September 6) in New York City. I came across some pictures of tons of celebs partaking in various shows, events and parties. Thousands of people packed the Soho and 5th Avenue areas of Manhattan to participate in the biggest fashion night of the year. Department stores and boutique invited shoppers in their stores to party as well as receive discounts. In the two pics above, NBA Dwyane Wade, fashion editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and actress Gabby Union posed for some flicks at the Calvin Klein Collection 2012 show. All three of them also dressed in Calvin Klein.

Angela Simmons was photo’d at the Arise Spring 2013 Fashion Show.

Singer  and actress Jennifer Hudson sat front row and walked the catwalk with Heidi Klum, fashion designer Michael Kors & fashion director of Elle and Marie Claire, Nini Garcia at the Project Runway Spring 2012 fashion show. Hudson served as a celebrity guest.

NBA players Chris Smith and J.R. Smith of the New York Knicks attended the Duckie Brown show.

Gabrielle Union Looks Stunning In A White Oversized Sweater On The October Issue Of Ebony

Successful Hollywood actress Gabrielle Union looks stunning in a white oversized sweater on the October issue of Ebony magazine. The gorgeous actress has a six-page spread in this issue and she touches on everything from how she grown so much and failed relationships. In this issue, she also writes some words of encouragement to her younger self. Below are some quotes from this issue:

Watch My Style: Tyga Wearing Red-On-Red

YMCMB rapper Tyga walked the red carpet for the 2012 MTV VMA’s. For the event, he wore a Red Label Paris leather tank-top and $1,050 moleskin Balmain Homme Double Zip Pocket Biker (Tyga also wore these pants during his performance at the Reebok Classic concert at Pure Night Club at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas) paired with red Reebok T-Raw Edition sneakers. Tyga accessorized his outfit with a pair of $3,999 gold chain frames, black leather gloves and a floral hat. I like his Reebok sneakers and Balmain Homme Double Zip Pocket Biker. I’m not really feeling the tank-top. What are your thoughts on his outfit?

Big Sean, Teyana Taylor, Common, Nene Leakes, Jennifer Williams & More Attend The G.O.O.D Music Pre-VMA Party

This past Wednesday (September 5), Big Sean, Teyana Taylor and Common hosted the G.O.O.D. Music Pre-VMA party at the Bagatelle. For the event, Common wore a brown leather jacket and black tee-shirt paired with camo pants. Teyana Taylor wore a purple dress paired with gold Alexander McQueen heels. Nene Leakes, Jennifer Williams, Eva Marcille, Ne-Yo, Jessie Williams and Lance Gross were also in attendance. It is rumored that Kanye West skipped out on all VMA’s events including the awards because his girlfriend Kim Kardashian couldn’t make it because she was in New York for Fashion’s Night Out.

Amber Rose & Wiz Khalifa Confirms That They Are Expecting A Baby

This wasn’t a secret because I already reported it a few days ago! While walking the red carpet at the 2012 MTV VMA’s Amber Rose and her rapper boyfriend Wiz Khalifa confirmed that they are expecting a baby. I guess, announcing that you are pregnant during the VMA’s is the new trend. Beyoncé started it in 2011 when she announced that she was pregnant with Baby Blue Ivy Carter.

Amber looked okay in a black and mesh dress! It is my opinion to say that she fell off, After Kanye kicked her to the curb. As far as Wiz, I think he is in need of a stylist. I don’t know who dressed him! Amber and Wiz got engaged in March and the twosome is tentatively planning a wedding in Anguilla. Congrats Amber and Wiz!

Another day and here is another Cruel Summer rumor. This time around Amazon UK reports that the 12-tracks disc drops August 18. Jay-Z, R. Kelly, Ma$e, Ghostface Killah and others will appear on the star-studded disc.
