And the party continues for Angela Simmons! After having a star-studded party in NYC, Angela packed her bags and jetted down to Miami to celebrate some more. She partied it up on a yacht with rapper Young Jeezy, singer Keri Hilson, NBA players Serge Ibaka (he was also celebrating his birthday) and Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunders. She looked cute in a $120 Transformer Dress by Von Vonni paired with red Giuseppe Zanotti sandals . The fellas kept it casual in their jeans and camo pants. Peep the pics below:

Nene Leakes Talks LEAVING RHOA & Her Rising Acting Career With The New York Post

RHOA mega superstar, actress and business mogul Nene Leakes turned her 15 minutes of fame into a multi-million-dollar empire that includes real estate, a restaurant and a shoe line. She does a great job at branding herself. Love her or hate her, she is “very rich”! RHOA is only the beginning for Leakes. She is now a rising actress that had starring/leading roles in The New Normal, The Apprentice and Glee. A few months ago, Leakes signed with Global Brand Licensing Agency Beanstalk with plans to launch a line of clothes, beauty, hardware and jewelry in department stores nationwide. In an interview with the NY Post, Leakes talks about her TV obsession, acting career, leaving RHOA in the near future and doing a Housewives all-star edition. Below are some excerpts:

What’s your TV obsession right now?

I am obsessed with trash TV. I watch all reality shows. I watch all the “Housewives.” I am a huge fan of “New Jersey.” I like that Teresa [Giudice] and her sister fight. I hope they continue to fight. I hope they never like each other.

As your acting career gains traction, do you slowly want to get away from reality?

At some point I do. I love the acting world. So at some point. . . I can’t continue to be a Housewife. At some point, I have to back out.

How much does “The New Normal” challenge your acting range. Do you get to mostly be funny?

There is a lot of drama with me. Like you didn’t know that!

Have there been opportunities you have missed because of your reputation from “Real Housewives”?

Probably. I don’t know that for sure. Just the thought of me being a “Housewife,” they would probably say “Hmmm. We may not want to use her.” Just the whole persona of being a Housewife. The cattiness and the bitchiness and the fighting. People see you as that is who you are.

If they did an all-star “Housewives” edition, who would you like to see on it?

I would probably do me, Bethenny, I like Jill Zarin even though she’s not there. I think she is everything of New York City. Her accent and everything is just great. I would probably grab Gretchen [Rossi] from “Orange County,” Teresa from “New Jersey,” and we could work it out.

Nas & Lauryn Hill Announces ‘Life Is Good/Black Rage’ Tour

Hip Hop history is about to be made once again! Fans are getting ready to witness one of the biggest Hip Hop tours since the early 2000’s. Nas and Lauryn Hill just announced their ‘Life Is Good/Black Rage’ tour which is scheduled to kick off October 6 in Maryland (Nas only). The two officially begins the tour on October 29 in Dallas. The 19-city tour will make stops in major markets including Houston, Phoenix, Atlanta, Norfolk, D.C., Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, Denver and Oakland before wrapping up in NYC at Radio City Music Hall on December 31 (Nas only). Tickets go on sale this Friday (September 21), with a pre-sale in select markets beginning this Thursday (September 20). The tour is named after Nas’ latest album and Lauryn’s new single.

DON BLEEK Partied It Up With Yandy Smith, Kimbella, Olivia & Mona Scott-Young At The Nail Boutique & EGL’s A Night Of Beauty

Despite the heavy rain and storm in the NYC/NJ area, last night Tuesday (September 18), I made it to Brooklyn for ‘A Night of Beauty’ at The Nail Boutique which was hosted by Yandy Smith of VH1‘s ‘Love & Hip Hop’. Kimbella, Olivia, Mona Scott-Young and blogger Yakini of RealityTVFashion were also in attendance. A Selected group of bloggers and fashion stylists gathered inside of this private invite only event. We sipped cocktails courtesy of Hpnotiq and ate meatballs and baked mac & cheese. For the event, Yandy wore a Givenchy Floral Print Bird of Paradise Top from the 2012 Resort Collection and black leather pants paired with Celine Platform Peep-Toe Pumps. Kimbella got all glammed-up in an orange Hervé Léger Coral Coconut Rum Sheath dress paired with Giuseppe Zanotti Bow Sandals. In the past, Emily B, Angela Simmons and June Ambrose also wore these bow sandals. Throughout the evening some people in attendance treated themselves to manis and pedicures. As the guests exited this event, we was gifted with a goody bag filled with items from an EGL, Hpnotiq, Akoo, Be Mine Products, Love My Nails, Uptown Magazine and much more.
