Last night Thursday (September 28), Roc Nation was in the building for the Grand Opening of Jay-Z‘s 40/40 Club at the newly Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Jay-Z looked all dapper in a black suit and Rihanna looked cute in a currency printed blouse and pants from Acne Resort 2012 Collection paired with Manolo Blahnik sandals. Other celebs including rapper J. Cole, actress Tika Sumpter, model Tyson Beckford, record executive Lyor Cohen, Power 105‘s Angela Yee, Hot 97‘s Angie Martinez, singer/actress Adrienne Bailon, actress Denise Vasi, Deron Williams & his wife Amy and the Brooklyn Nets coach Avery Johnson and his wife Cassandra were also in attendance. Meek Mill Hit Up The NBA 2K13 Launch Party In A $423 Pierre Balmain Degrade Sweatshirt & Timberland Boots

Philly’s own Meek Mill was spotted at Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in Manhattan for the NBA 2K13 Launch Party. Meek also performed his single “Flexin”. Jay-Z, Nas, DJ Club, Derrick Rose and Kevin Durant were also in attendance. For the event, Meek wore a Pierre Balmain Degrade Sweatshirt which is available at Neiman Marcus for $423. He paired his sweatshirt with black jeans and Timberland boots. Meek’s debut LP, Dreams & Nightmares arrives October 30.

For the event, she got glammed-up in a $1,250 Hervé Léger Geometric Jacquard Bandage Dress paired with crystal-embellished ankle-strap sandals. She accessorized her outfit with a black clutch. New Music: J.Cole Ft. Major Lazer “Get Free Cole World”

To celebrate the one-year anniversary of his debut album, Cold World: The Sideline Story which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, selling over 217,000 copies in the first week, J. Cole releases a remix to Major and Amber Coffman’s “Get Free”. Diplo handled the production! This track also features some great words of wisdom from the late great Tupac on the outro.
